ANALYSING SPECTRA AT LHC ENERGY 2.76 TeV IN THE LIGHT OF NON-EXTENSIVE STATISTICS

Abstract

Abstract: The transverse momentum spectra ofsecondary heavy and strange baryon,  produced in different central Lead-Leadinteractions at 2.76 TeV per nucleon at Large Hadron Collider, have beensystematically analyzed theoretically with the help of Tsallis generalizednon-extensive statistics to understand various thermodynamical properties ofthe evolving partonic medium. The findings have been discussed in detail whichindicate at the possible formation of a weakly coupled partonic state called,quark-gluon-plasma(QGP).
