DESIGNING AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF 3-D WINGUSING ANSYS

Abstract

Abstract:- The growth of aicraft industry is important nowadays and for upcoming times.Among the four physics offlight ,the lift force is produced by wing. The construction and properties of the wing vary with the type of aircraft.The main scope of this paper is to find the perfect material for the wing structure by comparing aluminum alloy andtitanium alloy which are considered as materials with high strength and less weight in aerospace industry.The wingwas drawn by using (NACA 5 series airfoil) ANSYS design Modeler. Finite element analysis was done by UsingANSYS Static Structural. As a result of FEA, Aluminum has less deformation, Von- Mises stress and more load withstanding capacity than Titanium alloy
