Abstract

Abstract:- The automobile industry needs metals or composites with properties such as lightweight, and anuncompromising strength & specific stiffness with higher wear-resistant and coefficient of thermal expansion. Variousother areas like aerospace engineering need far more traditional material characteristics to maintain severeenvironmental conditions. The above-said qualities led to the use of Aluminium Matrix Composites (AMCs) which area specific type of MMCs that are replacing conventional engineering materials in various engineering fields. In thecurrent examination, Aluminium based metal grid is reinforced with 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, weight percentage of CornCob Ash nanoparticles, powder metallurgy technique is used to fabricate to achieve the desired composites
