Abstract: This research looked at the quality management approaches used at a Himachal Pradesh educational institution,with an emphasis on quality input management, quality process management, and quality output management. Theprimary objective of the research was to find out how Himachal Pradesh institutions' corporate image was affected byquality management. A new hypothesis was formulated in light of the preceding four ideas. The research is based onquestionnaire responses from Himachal Pradesh students in both private and public colleges. “The data were analyzed byregression, Pearson correlation, and the t-test. Quality input and output management have an influence on perceivedcorporate image, and there is no difference between private and public institutions when it comes to total qualitymanagement or how students perceive corporate image, according to the findings. It was recommended, based on thefindings, that the coordinated efforts of the stakeholders be harnessed and focused on improving the quality standards ofHimachal Pradesh universities.”KEYWORDS: TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE IMAGE, AND EDUCATION
