Abstract

Abstract: Algorithms have been used to offer items and services for over a decade. To compete in the global economy,suppliers must meet customer expectations. This study's method is preferable to the usual method of evaluating products onlyon their technical merits. This is achieved by simultaneously reviewing a huge number of customer reviews from many wellknown e-commerce websites. This removes any need for customers to research internet reviews and comments before topurchase. We show how to gather technical information about a device from websites and user evaluations, such as batterylife, CPU speed, and camera quality. Then we look for words that meet technological specifications. So that they can detect itspolarity and put it in the specification list. Each person has distinct needs is given a score based on how favourable orunfavourable the feedback is Add together the score-specific product ratings to obtain the total product rating.
