Abstract

Abstract - In this industrial era, the selectively defined configuration, design of structure, reduction of time is some extraordinarily important factors for the investor. This need has been asserted by flat slab RC system which has been increasingly used as a more acceptable and structural system in this advanced era. With the absence of beams, flat slabs enable optimal simple design, pure and clear space, speedy construction resulting in time saving. In the present work, G+7, G+13 and G+20 storied flat slab models are considered. and analyzed using ETABS software for the parameters like storey displacement, storey drift, storey shear, base shear and time period. The main objective of the present work is to compare the seismic behavior of multi storey buildings having flat slab with infill wall and flat slab without infill wall in seismic zone III And zone IV with type II medium soil and infill walls also having two variations such as infill wall with RCC And Infill wall with AAC to study the effect of height of building on the performance of these types of buildings under Response spectrum AnalysisKeywords: Flat slab with infill wall, Flat slab without infill wall , ETABS, seismic zone III And zone IV, RCC Infill , AAC Infill
